General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Order
Orders can only be placed via our website. Orders become binding upon confirmation by clicking the “Order” button.
2. Delivery Conditions
If all products in your order are in stock, your order will be processed within 48 hours and delivered within 3 to 5 days. If one or more products need to be ordered, delivery usually takes 7 to 10 days.
Stock status is updated 2–3 times per week and is not real-time.
It indicates products available, on pre-order, or out of stock. The estimated availability for products is given in business days (excluding shipping time); it is purely indicative and may vary due to delivery, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If the delivery deadline is critical or urgent, we recommend contacting us by email before placing your order.
3. Warranty
We only deliver new products in original packaging. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects and lasts 24 months from the date of order. Consumables, perishables, and items with limited shelf life (e.g., modeling clay, ink, paint, or writing materials) are sold without warranty.
Warranty claims must be submitted by email only. We will provide a return address and a warranty case number.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF). Applicable VAT is included. Prices are subject to display errors.
5. Shipping
Shipping is handled within Switzerland by Swiss Post or Expedions.ch. We do not ship outside Switzerland.
We ship via standard, non-priority, untracked service (Swiss Post) or without tracking (Expedions.ch). According to Swiss Post guidelines, if a package cannot fit in the mailbox and no alternative instruction is provided by the recipient, it may be left at the building entrance near mailboxes. You are responsible for your package from the moment Swiss Post or Expedions confirms delivery.
Transport damage must be reported immediately to Swiss Post or the respective carrier.
In case of undelivered or returned packages due to invalid address or other reasons, we will hold the package for 3 months (90 days). A reshipment is possible if you contact us by email within this period and pay a CHF 9.90 reshipping fee, regardless of order value.
6. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
Prepayment by bank transfer or Twint (note longer processing time).
Stripe: secure online payment accepting most major credit cards.
Orders are binding and must be paid immediately (Stripe) or within 7 days (prepayment). Late payments incur CHF 5 in reminder fees, then CHF 15 after 30 days. We reserve the right to pursue legal action.
7. Shipping Costs
We charge a flat fee of CHF 9.90 for packaging and shipping.
Free shipping applies to all orders over CHF 80.
8. Partial Delivery
Depending on the quantity and availability of ordered items, we reserve the right to choose full or partial delivery.
9. Refusal of Goods
If you unjustifiably refuse delivered goods, we will charge you for all associated costs.
10. Returns and Exchanges
If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We recommend inspecting goods immediately upon delivery. Replacement is only possible with the same new product, if available.
We do not accept returns or exchanges (except under warranty or defect).
All packages returned without prior written authorization and a return number will be refused and considered abandoned. Costs for unauthorized returns are fully borne by the customer.
11. Product Images
Product images on the website are provided by manufacturers and may differ from the final delivered product. Images are non-contractual; no exchange is possible due to image discrepancies.
12. Data Protection
Your personal data is exclusively used by Boueb.ch / Klerelo for order processing, tracking, or promotional communication.
You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data at any time. Please contact us by email to make any requests.
