Notre carnet à émotions est une version revisitée du carnet de poésie ou du journal intime de notre enfance. Il propose à l’enfant de réfléchir aux émotions qui l’ont touché au quotidien. Grâce aux 4 intercalaires illustrant les 4 grandes émotions (la joie, la colère, la tristesse et la peur), l’enfant pourra identifier plus précisément ce qu’il ressent.  Ensuite, librement, il pourra exprimer dans le carnet par le biais de dessins, de mots, de collages ou de toute autre forme libre tout ce qu’il a sur le cœur.
