Grâce aux 4 intercalaires illustrant les 4 grandes émotions (la joie, la colère, la tristesse et la peur), l’enfant pourra identifier plus précisément ce qu’il ressent.  Ensuite, librement, il pourra exprimer dans le carnet par le biais de dessins, de mots, de collages ou de toute autre forme libre tout ce qu’il a sur le cœur.
